APART HOTEL

On the sloping terrain in Radanovici, we had the opportunity to design the Aprat Hotel. On the north side, the location borders the highway, while on the west side there are views of the Bay of Kotor. The building is positioned perpendicular to the slope of the terrain so that its longer side faces the sea. In this way, the western part of the location was liberated, which was used for facilities in landscaping. Thus, in the yard there is a restaurant garden, swimming pool with sun loungers, basketball court and children’s playground.

All facilities also have a view of the Bay of Kotor. The building is fragmented in shape in order to fit better into the existing natural environment. In the masses it is divided into two smaller ones, while the arrangement of the masses on the facade gives a visual sense of the stacking of cubic elements which are connected by white horizontals in the complete composition and thus form a complete visual whole composed of several similar elements
