The specificity of the location is that it is next to the church. The building establishes communication with the church in the treatment of gabled roofs and the telescopic extension/retraction of the archetypal form of the gable house. The building is white, with reduced form and facade. The planters and walls of the basement are lined with crushed stone in a traditional style, making the basement floor part of the landscaping. The building is functionally oriented towards the western side, with the treatment of the opening and the form, towards which ideal view of the Bay of Kotor.
